Sending an Amendment Notification


When interested suppliers download the documentation for a tender, they are automatically given an active Tender Subscription. Suppliers can unsubscribe from tenders they are no longer interested in.

If the documentation for the tender needs to be updated, or a notice provided to interested suppliers, the Tender Advertiser can use our Automated Amendment System to send out an email to all active Tender Subscribers.

The amendment notice email can also include the new files as attachments that will be made available for future downloaders of the tender documentation.

After making certain edits to a tender the system may offer to create an Amendment Notice for you to review and send. All sent amendment notices are included in the Activity Reports.
