It is necessary to keep your list of suppliers accurate and up-to-date so that there is no confusion when you notify your suppliers of the tenders you advertise.
You can manage the details for each supplier under the Maintain Your Suppliers area of the Advertising section of the website. Simply search for the supplier you wish to edit and click on their name.
After you finish making changes to their details, remember to save your edits.
If you modify the email address of a supplier currently invited to one of your tenders they will be issued a new notification/invitation.
