There are two parts to an email address, the user and the extension, separated by the @ symbol.
When an Account Administrator adds a new user or recipient they are restricted to a pre-approved list of email extensions for your company/organisation. Additional online users and daily email recipients must be from your company/organisation
You will be able to pick from the list of permitted email extensions for your company when adding a new online user or email extension online.
If you cannot add a person online, please contact our help desk to have them added and the new email extension added to your permitted list.
