Request for Proposal: Dried prune industry communication and extension program
Horticulture Innovation Australia (Hort Innovation) is a not-for-profit, grower-owned Research and Development Corporation (RDC) for Australia’s $13.2 billion horticulture industry. Hort Innovation invests around $110 million in research and development (R&D) and marketing programs annually to provide benefit to industry and the wider community.
Hort Innovation is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and capable delivery partner for the project: Dried prune industry communication and extension program (DP19000).
The objectives of the services being sought are to assist Hort Innovation:
• Increase industry understanding and adoption of best practice and emerging production and supply chain information in relation to R&D project outcomes and outputs
• Provide knowledge transfer to the prune industry value chain through targeted communication channels on research findings, best practice, emerging risks and opportunities
• Create a better-informed industry to increase farm productivity and prune quality across all business sizes of prune growers
• Promote Hort Innovation membership and engagement with the national R&D programs to all prune levy payers.
Hort Innovation has prepared a Request for Proposal (RFP) document that provides background information, outlines the scope of services, the procurement process and the information required from interested parties.
