Request for Proposal: Vegetable industry study tours (VG19003)
Horticulture Innovation Australia (Hort Innovation) is a not-for-profit, grower-owned Research and Development Corporation (RDC) for Australia’s $13.2 billion horticulture industry. Hort Innovation invests around $110 million in research and development (R&D) and marketing programs annually to provide benefit to industry and the wider community.
Hort Innovation is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and capable delivery partner for the project: Vegetable industry study tours (VG19003).
The objectives of the services being sought are to:
• Increase vegetable industry awareness of the latest R&D undertaken in the horticulture industry through grower representation at important domestic and international conferences and events.
• Establish and/or improve relationships between Australian delegates, international growers, researchers, agribusinesses and industry professionals.
• Increase understanding of issues and opportunities faced by the local and international industry and how these are impacting or could impact the Australian vegetable industry.
Hort Innovation has prepared a Request for Proposal (RFP) document that provides background information, outlines the scope of services, the procurement process and the information required from interested parties. The closing date for responses is 5.00pm (AEDT), 6 January 2020.
