Request for Proposal: Horticulture consumer sensory profiling (HN20001)
Hort Innovation is a not-for-profit, grower-owned Research and Development Corporation (RDC) for Australia’s $15.1 billion horticulture industry. Hort Innovation invests around $120 million in research and development (R&D) and marketing programs annually to provide benefit to industry and the wider community.
Hort Innovation is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and capable delivery partner for the project: Horticulture consumer sensory profiling (HN20001).
The objectives of the services being sought are to:
· Identify opportunities for consumer-led R&D and marketing initiatives through preference mapping to align with consumer preferences (and therefore demand).
· Develop action standards to deliver sensory performance through benchmarking and application across different stakeholder networks across the value chain.
· Monitoring product performance in market to support industry understand effectiveness on products in meeting sensory requirements and engage ongoing feedback for supporting R&D and marketing initiatives.
Hort Innovation has prepared a Request for Proposal (RFP) document that provides background information, outlines the scope of services, the procurement process and the information required from interested parties.
