Request for Proposal: MC21001 An integrated disease management approach for the Australian macadamia Industry
Horticulture Innovation Australia (Hort Innovation) is a not-for-profit, grower-owned Research and Development Corporation (RDC) for Australia’s $15.1 billion horticulture industry. Hort Innovation invests around $120 million in research and development (R&D) and marketing programs annually to provide benefit to industry and the wider community.
Hort Innovation is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and capable delivery partner for the project: An integrated disease management approach for the Australian macadamia Industry (MC21001).
The overall objective of this RFP is to develop knowledge and tools to support the development of an integrated management approach to address disease problems in macadamia. The project seeks to deepen our understanding of macadamia diseases, disease-disease interactions, and the broader impact of the environment and orchard management on disease pressure. The project is expected to deliver national research and extension activities to minimise the impact of diseases across the major macadamia growing regions in Qld and NSW.
Hort Innovation has prepared a Request for Proposal (RFP) document that provides background information, outlines the scope of services, the procurement process and the information required from interested parties.
