Request for Proposal: Horticulture Industry Competitor Analysis - Government Support Mechanisms (AM21006)
Hort Innovation is a not-for-profit, grower-owned Research and Development Corporation (RDC) for Australia’s $15.1 billion horticulture industry. Hort Innovation invests around $120 million in research and development (R&D) and marketing programs annually to provide benefit to industry and the wider community.
Hort Innovation is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and capable delivery partner for the project: Horticulture Industry Competitor Analysis - Government Support Mechanisms (AM21006).
The objectives of the services being sought are to:
• Deepen the understanding of our competitive positioning, specifically assessing government support mechanisms
• Develop better informed plans for future industry practice, government support initiatives and regulatory development
• Support cooperation across government bodies to ensure united responses
• Achieve greater coordination of government co-investment in the sector by ensuring all government programs are focused on addressing the strategic priorities of horticultural industries
• Form a series of targeted learnings for the Australian industry based upon best practice utilised by competitor nations.
Hort Innovation has prepared a Request for Proposal (RFP) document that provides background information, outlines the scope of services, the procurement process and the information required from interested parties.
