Hort Innovation is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and capable delivery partner for the project: Guava root knot nematode delimitation and management (VG23007).
The objectives of the services being sought are to:
• Improved management of GRKN by Australian growers through targeted surveillance, rapid, high-throughput identification, a better understanding of its distribution, and which mechanisms can mitigate population numbers (e.g., crop susceptibility, weed hosts, and soil amendments)
• Greater nematode capability and expertise by training a new generation of nematologists to help growers in the future
Hort Innovation has prepared a Request for Proposal (RFP) document that provides background information, outlines the scope of services, the procurement process and the information required from interested parties.
