Hort Innovation is a not-for-profit, grower-owned Research and Development Corporation (RDC) for Australia’s $9 billion horticulture industry. Hort Innovation invests around $100 million in research and development (R&D) and marketing programs annually to provide benefit to industry and the wider community.
Hort Innovation is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and capable delivery partner for the project: Improving pest management for the nursery industry (NY17009).
The objectives of the services being sought is to improve:
• Understanding of current and potential issues related to changes in chemical use globally as they relate to the Australian nursery industry
• The available evidence on the value of adopting BioSecure HACCP procedures and the nursery production FMS, leading to greater adoption of effective Integrated Pest Management decision-making practices.
Hort Innovation has prepared a Request for Proposal (RFP) document that provides background information, outlines the scope of services, the procurement process and the information required from interested parties. The closing date for responses is 5.00pm (AEDT), Monday, June 18, 2018
