Request for Proposal: Citrus industry health and nutrition education program (CT21006)
Hort Innovation is a not-for-profit, grower-owned Research and Development Corporation (RDC) for Australia’s $15.1 billion horticulture industry. Hort Innovation invests around $120 million in research and development (R&D) and marketing programs annually to provide benefit to industry and the wider community.
Hort Innovation is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and capable delivery partner for the project: Citrus industry health and nutrition education program (CT21006).
The objectives of the services being sought are to:
• Educate health professionals about the health benefits and culinary uses of Australian citrus through a program of activities that are informed by credible science
• Build engagement with health professionals via conferences, roundtables, events, and workshops
• Increase health professional knowledge about the role of citrus in disease prevention and management
• Position citrus as an important component of a healthy diet and showcase their unique value proposition in contributing to diets across the globe by supporting health and wellness, particularly as consumers move towards plant-based eating patterns.
Hort Innovation has prepared a Request for Proposal (RFP) document that provides background information, outlines the scope of services, the procurement process and the information required from interested parties.
