Hort Innovation is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced, and capable delivery partner for the project: Advancing Tropical Horticulture: Investing in Future-Ready Production Systems (AS23007).
The objective of the program will lead to:
• Increased orchard productivity and profitability through defined management options that reduce inputs, increased fruit yield and quality.
• Refine applied knowledge and understanding of tropical production economic systems to maximise efficiency and profits.
• Develop key recommendations for nutrient and irrigation best practice, crop load management
Identify and test cost-effective solutions to substitute manual labour in tropicals.
• Develop packages to enable efficient and effective dissemination of best practice in tropical farming systems.
Hort Innovation has prepared a Request for Proposal (RFP) document that provides background information, outlines the scope of services, the procurement process and the information required from interested parties.
