Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) for Hybrid Mini Grid Systems and Supply of materials for the low voltage distribution network - Etten & Piis Paneu Islands, Chuuk State - FSM
Provision of works, services and goods under this RFP are focused on Etten and Piis Paneu Islands, Chuuk State, Federated States of Micronesia (FSM).
SPC are seeking proposals for:
- Lot 1. Installation of distributed interconnected hybrid mini grid power supply infrastructure on Etten and Piis Paneu Islands at two sites, comprising:
o Rooftop and canopy solar PV (≥ 82 kWp), battery (≥ 162 kWh) and diesel generation (≥ 25 kVA), technical switch room at the Elementary School in Etten Island (grid forming)
o Rooftop and canopy solar PV (≥ 134.8 kWp), battery (≥ 288 kWh) and diesel generation (≥ 40 kVA), technical switch room at the Elementary School in Etten Island (grid forming)
o On-the-job and formal training of Chuuk Public Utilities corporation (CPUC) technicians in the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the above power supply systems.
o Rehabilitation and retrofitting of roofs earmarked for rooftop PV installations.
- Lot 2. Supply of materials for the low voltage distribution network on Etten & Piis Paneu Island (to be installed by others)
