Background
The installation of the non-potable water supply from Charley's Creek to the new Chinchilla Parklands and Botanical Gardens is a fundamental water supply that is required to irrigate the planted areas on the site ensuring continuous growth without relying on or affecting Town water supply.
Tender Requirements
Tenders submitted are required to be all-inclusive lump sum price in accordance with the drawings and specification prepared by Brandon & Associates. It expected that the contractor will undertake a site visit of the proposed site prior to submission of tender and is aware of all latent and existing site conditions. Should the contractor have any queries regarding the scope of works, it is expected that these be raised prior to the submission of their tender, and the outcome of any queries be included in the submitted tender price.
Western Downs Regional Council is seeking offers for the following project:
Reference Number MM15-17-18 Chinchila Parklands – Non-Potable Water Supply
Tenders must be received by the closing time of 2.30pm Tuesday 15 May 2018. Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.
Council may invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the provision of Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions.
