Background:
The complete landscaping services to the new Chinchilla Parklands and Botanical Gardens is designed as a destination Parklands and Botanical Gardens inclusive of native fauna, megafauna display area, indigenous cultural recognition and includes a water play area and other themes that will attract an increase in tourism population to the area.
Tender Requirements:
Tenders submitted are required to be all-inclusive lump sum price in accordance with the drawings and specification prepared by Rounsefell Design. It expected that the contractor will undertake a site visit of the proposed site prior to submission of tender and is aware of all latent and existing site conditions. Should the contractor have any queries regarding the scope of works, it is expected that these be raised prior to the submission of their tender, and the outcome of any queries be included in the submitted tender price

Tenders must be received by the closing time of 2.30pm Thursday 7 June 2018. Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.
Council may invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the provision of Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions.
