Background: The grandstand at the Dalby Aquatic Centre was constructed in the early 1970's.
It is primarily of steel and concrete construction, with both male and female changerooms located in the under croft of the construction. Over the past 45+ years the construction has had various alterations and additions, as well as suffering from surface rust due to the nature of the atmosphere at the aquatic centre. Council has resolved to undertake a major refurbishment of the construction to restore the facility to a suitable standard.

Tenders must be received by 2.30pm Wednesday 19 December 2018. Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.
Council may invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the provision of Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions.
