REQUEST FOR TENDERS
Western Downs Regional Council invites tenders for the following project:
Reference Number 1.3/1/10-11 Design and construct of maintenance works at the Jandowae Pool
Submissions may be posted to:-
Chief Executive Officer
Western Downs Regional Council
PO Box 551
DALBY QLD 4405.
or delivered to Council’s Tender Box located in the Executive Area (upper floor) Dalby Customer Service Centre, 107 Drayton Street, Dalby.
All submissions must be clearly marked “Reference 1.3/1/10-11 Design and construct of maintenance works at the Jandowae Pool”. Tenders must be received by the closing time of 2.30pm on Tuesday 1st February 2011. Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.
Council may invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the provision of Section 177 (7) of the Local Government (Finance, Plans and Reporting) Regulations 2010. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions.
