Or delivered to Council’s Tender Box located on the ground floor, Dalby Corporate Office, 30 Marble Street, Dalby.
All submissions must be clearly marked “Reference PS15-12-13 Flood Reconstruction Program-Panel of Civil Contractors”. Tenders must be received by the closing time of 2pm on 31st January, 2012.
Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid. Council may invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the provision of Section 177 (7) of the Local Government (Finance, Plans and Reporting) Regulations 2010. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions.
