All submissions must be clearly marked “PS15-14-15 Flood Reconstruction & Resource Program-Panel of Civil Contractors". Tenders must be received by closing time of 2.30pm on 17th January 2014. A public opening will not be conducted for this register.
Council may invite tenderers to change their submissions in accordance with the provision of Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or any submissions.
