REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
Western Downs Regional Council invites Expressions of Interest for the following projects:
Reference Number 2.1/5/13-14 "Chinchilla Potable Water Treatment Plant Upgrade"
Reference Number 2.1/6/13-14 "Chinchilla Waste Water Treatment Plant Upgrade"
All technical enquiries are to be directed to Nadine Bradley via email on Nadine.Bradley@wdrc.qld.gov.au. The subject line of your email must clearly state the reference number and description of tender.
Submissions are to be emailed to tenders@wdrc.qld.gov.au . Again, the subject line of your email must clearly state the reference number and description of tender. Expressions of Interest must be received by the closing time of 2.00pm on 28th April 2014. Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.
Council may invite tenderers to change their submissions in accordance with the provision of Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions.
