As part of Council's strategic priorities of Active Vibrant Communities, Banner Poles are being installed across the Western Downs Region. This project is for the supply and installation of banner poles across the regional area. Some locations have existing banner poles which will need to be removed and replaced. Additionally, there are 16 existing banner poles that require rectification works to amend the design to include an adjustable lower arm in accordance with the current design specifications.
Tenders must be received by the closing time of 2.30pm on Friday 3 November 2017. Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.
Council may invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the provision of Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions
