Background
This tender is for the Relining of Sewer Lines throughout the Western Downs Regional Council Area. There are pipes to be relined in Dalby, Jandowae, Chinchilla, Tara, Miles and Wandoan. It is required for the rehabilitation of deteriorated non-pressure pipelines by structural lining. Pipes lined will need to have their structural integrity and hydraulic capacity restored. Including infiltration of ground water, root ingress and exfiltration of sewage prevented.
Council is looking for cost effective solutions and welcomes input from prospective tenders in achieving this. The tender is for all of the required materials and work to undertake this construction. Western Downs Regional Council intends to award all of the works to a single, capable entity who will complete the contract in accordance with below Specifications in a timely and proficient manner.

Tenders must be received by the closing time of 2.30pm Wednesday 1 August 2018. Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.
Council may invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the provision of Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions.
