Background
This project is for the construction of a Manufacturer Designed Steel Framed Shed and Covered
Walkway. The structure will require the construction of an internal office area and mezzanine floor. The floor surface will be an engineer designed concrete slab on a 300mm compacted gravel pad.
All requests for information or advice regarding documents are to be directed to Mr Arthur Martin or Mr Steve Cant of Martin Building Design on 07 4662 1403 or via emails arthur@martindesign.com.au or steve@martindesign.com.au.
Tenders must be received by the closing time of 2.30pm Thursday 14 February 2019. Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.
Council may invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the provision of Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions.
