Western Downs Regional Council (Council) intends to outsource the management services for a Senior Aerodrome Reporting Officer (SARO) and an Aerodrome Reporting Officer (ARO) for the Miles and Chinchilla Aerodromes through this tender process.The successful tenderer will provide 1 qualified and experienced Senior Aerodrome Reporting Officer (SARO) and 1 qualified and experienced Aerodrome Reporting Officer (ARO) to service both Miles and Chinchilla Aerodromes and report to Council's Facilities Manager (FM). The contract will be for a period of five (5) + two (2) years. Council requires a Service Provider to commence by 1 November 2019 with a transition in over one month to allow for full-service delivery from 1 December 2019.

Tenders must be received by 2.30pm Wednesday 9 October 2019. Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.
Council may invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the provision of Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions.
