Background
The Contractor shall be responsible for managing, coordinating and undertaking services and implementing an appropriate strategy, incorporating inspections, programming work activities and reporting to:
a) ensure the health and appearance of all turf Assets;
b) ensure that all reserves, Road Reserves and streetscape areas are kept in a safe, functional, clean and tidy condition;
c) provides effective and efficient management that maximises the useful life of the parks Assets;
d) promotes the enjoyment and use of Council’s Parks & Open Space reserves.
REQUEST FOR TENDER
Western Downs Regional Council is seeking offers for the following project:

All requests for information or advice regarding documents are to be directed to Mr Karl Bannerman via email karl.bannerman@wdrc.qld.gov.au or phone 07 4660 7223/Mobile 0427 265 846.
Tenders must be received by 2.30pm Tuesday 15 October 2019. Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.
Council may invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the provision of Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions.
