Western Downs Regional Council has resolved to install Digital Billboards in the towns of Dalby and Chinchilla for the display of emergency, Council and community service information. The target audience is eastbound and westbound traffic travelling on the Warrego Hwy. The proposed sites for the installations are: DALBY: At the MyALL 107 Community Centre on land owned by Council CHINCHILLA: At a recreation reserve to the west of the Visitor Information Centre. Upon commissioning of the billboards, it is intended that monitoring & content management will be carried out by Council's Communications Team and the data link managed by Council's Information Technology Team.

Western Downs Regional Council is seeking offers for the following project:
Reference Number: MM13-19-20 Digital Billboards Dalby/Chinchilla
Supply and Installation of 2 dual screen LED Billboards (four screens) sizes approx. 3m by 6m in the towns of Dalby and Chinchilla, Queensland
All requests for information or advice regarding documents are to be directed to Mr David McEvoy via email David.mcevoy@wdrc.qld.gov.au or phone 0418879881.
Tenders must be received by 2.30pm on Friday 28 Feb 2020. Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.
Council may invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the provision of Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions.
