Council is seeking expressions of interest to select Contractors to participate in the Early Contractor / Tenderer Involvement for the proposed Design & Construct - RO4 Plant in Dalby. The water to be treated is coming from the Great Artesian Basin (GAB) Bore which is approximately 40 m - 50 m from the proposed location.
The main components of the project are:
i. Design & Construction of RO4 at the Water Treatment Plant Dalby on 917 Moonie Highway, Dalby
ii. The RO4 Plant Capacity to be 16 L/s (1.2 ML/day)
iii. Supply and Installation of Bore Pump at the GAB Bore with a flow of 16 L/s
iv. Site Development at the GAB Bore Site
v. Raw Water Rising Main (DN150) from the GAB Bore Pump to the RO4 located in the WTP Facility
vi. Potable Water Rising Mains (DN250) from RO4 to the Final Storage Tank
vii. Interconnecting piping from the RO4 Reject to the existing RO2/RO3 reject pipe going to the Evaporation Ponds

Tenders must be received by 2.00 pm Monday, 13th April 2020. Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.
Council may invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the provision of Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions.
