The Scope of Works includes the design and construction of the RTU network, SCADA and Electrical upgrade works for the required sites. Stage 1 of the project has been executed. Stage 2 Tara Chinchilla is currently in progress and will build on the existing ClearSCADA system templates and server system of Stage 1. This stage will relocate the ClearSCADA server located at Tara WTP to Miles WTP. Prior to moving, commission the ClearSCADA client at the Tara WTP.

Western Downs Regional Council is seeking offers for the following project:

Tenders must be received by 2pm Monday 27 April 2020. Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.
Council may invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the provision of Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions.
