Western Downs Reginal Council are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified construction contractors to tender for the design and construction of the MyALL107 Cultural Precinct at 107 Drayton Street, Dalby.
The existing MyALL 107 building includes the Dalby Cinema, Gallery 107 @ Dalby, 4DDD Community Radio and the Dalby Library. The existing building layout (2560m2 footprint) is to be reconfigured and expanded (3230m2 footprint) as a part of the work.
The scope of works on the site will include:
• Detailed design, documentation, construction and certification for the works
• Civil works and connection to services
• Two new car parks on the 12,000m2 site
• New building façade
• Demolition, structural reconfiguration and building fit out
• Landscaping for the site.
Developed design of architectural, structural and building services elements have started, which are to be progressed and fully documented by the successful tenderer as a part of the D&C Contract. A copy of all available documentation will be provided with the Request for Tender, along with the Principal’s Project Requirements for the finalisation of the designs.
