Background:
The chinchilla Parks Depot has an old shed that is currently used for storage of a variety of equipment and materials such as fertilizers and paint and is no longer usable in its present condition.
The Parks and Recreation department require a secure shed that is weatherproof and allows a more useable space. It is proposed to separate sections of the shed with mesh to allow areas to be locked.
The successful contractor will be required to remove the existing shed and concrete slab and construct a new concrete slab and Colourbond shed in the same location. Asbestos has been identified in a section of the existing shed.
