Background
Western Downs Regional Council operates an Indigo Vision CCTV system spanning the townships of Chinchilla, Dalby, and Tara. This system comprises of over 100 (one hundred) cameras and 11 (eleven) Network Video Recorders (NVRS) across various locations.
The Council is seeking a partnership with a qualified vendor to:
1. Conduct annual inspections of Councils CCTV system, which includes:
a. Cleaning devices to obtain optimal image quality day or night.
b. Assessing for damage, wear, and tear, and other operational issues.
c. Identifying and reporting any components requiring repair and replacement.
2. Provide ongoing support services as needed – such as assisting with repair or replacement of faulty or irreparable components and providing advice/ and guidance on various aspects of CCTV systems, such as camera technologies, installation (coverage etc.), License Plate Recognition, and Cloud based camera and video management systems options.
3. The number of cameras under the CCTV Inspection and maintenance agreement may change over time, with potential additions or removals. Include any costs associated with adding additional cameras/sites.
