WDRC has resolved to call for Expressions of Interest for development proposals at 107, 111, and 113 Drayton St, Dalby, as well as 40 and 40A Orpen St (collectively the 'Property').
The Property comprises of five (5) lots of land, being Lot 1 on RP199335, Lots 1, 2, 3 on RP94461, and Lot 2 on RP62125. The land is within the Community Facility Zone and are freehold owned by the Western Downs Regional Council.
Please note that the five (5) lots can be amalgamated to one (1) lot if this is considered favourable following the EOI process, and subject to the successful submission and approval of a survey plan.
The Property is 12,140 square metres, is considered favourably located off the Warrego Highway, and has street frontage and access to both Drayton Street and Orpen Street.
The redevelopment of the Property offers ample commercial and residential development opportunities to the Western Downs.
