Council is seeking an appropriately qualified and experienced consultant or agency to deliver a holistic marketing campaign for the Buy Western Downs website and facilitation of Digital Capability Workshops for Small Businesses across the region.
The Buy Western Downs Program (funded under State and Federal Government Funding) is broken into three phases:
1. Development of Buy Western Downs Platform (not required as part of this quote)
2. Buy Local Marketing Campaign
3. Digital Capability Workshops for Small Business
Western Downs Regional Council have commenced development of the Buy Western Downs platform that will be integrated into the corporate website and this quote will address phase 2 and 3 of the program.
