Background:
The Western Downs Regional Council are inviting tenderers from suitability qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of bulk waste collection and disposal services.
The Western Downs Region is over 37,000 square kilometres and is made up of six (6) major towns - Dalby, Chinchilla, Jandowae, Tara, Miles and Wandoan. Western Downs Regional Council owns and operates more than 230 community facilities and amenities for staff and visitors across the region.
Currently Council seeks a contractor to supply and service approximately 40 industrial bins. A full list of bin type, sizes, sites and locations are set out in Schedule 3.
This contract is for the supply by the Contractor to Council, of Goods and Services as set out in Schedule 2. When not referred to specifically, the Goods and Services that the Contractor is to supply to Council, are referred to in the contract as the 'Supply'.
