The purpose of this Request for Tender is to determine a suitable solution in which Council can maintain operative control and security over our facilities and mitigate security issue by knowing who is accessing our facilities and when. Council is seeking services in the form of a managed Building Alarm Service and a Digital Access Solution to protect its people sites and assets. The RFT is broken into two key components being:
• Part A – Building Security Solution Services, and
• Part B – Digital Access Solution Services
