Background:
Western Downs Regional Council (WDRC) is preparing to undertake multiple construction projects over the next 3–4 years, with the project's construction values ranging from $2.5–$30+ million. Experienced project management and superintendent services will be critical to ensure each project is delivered to a high standard, on time, and within budget.
Council is seeking consultancy proposals from suitably qualified individuals or organisations to provide Superintendent and/or Project management services to support the successful delivery of these significant construction projects. Superintendent and the Project management services must be from separate companies, as partiality is required to undertake the Superintendent role.
