All submissions must be clearly marked with the relevant description and reference number of the tender and received by the closing time of 2:30om on 9 September 2010.
Council may invite tenders to change their tenders in accordance with the provison of Section 177 (7) of the Local Government (Finance, Plans and Reporting) Regulations 2010. Council reserves the right to accept any submsissions in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions.
