SALE OF SHEEP YARDS & ROOFED INFRASTRUCTURE FOR REMOVAL - DALBY SALEYARDS
Western Downs Regional Council seeks offers by tender from purchasers of infrastructure from land described as Lot 311 on AG3161 on Yumborra Road, Dalby, being the Dalby Saleyards. The purpose of such sale shall be making way for future development of Dalby Saleyards.
Tender documentation is available on Council’s website at www.wdrc.qld.gov.au via Tenders Net link or by contacting, Mrs Carissa Taylor on telephone (07) 4679 4454.
Submissions may be posted to:-

Or delivered to Council’s Tender Box located on the upper floor of the Dalby Customer Service Centre, 107 Drayton Street, Dalby.
All submissions must be clearly marked “Sale of Sheep Yards & Roofed Infrastructure for Removal - Dalby Saleyards" - Reference 2.7/1/11-12, and received by 2.30pm on Thursday 25 August 2011.
Please Note: Prospective Tenderers are to undertake their own inspection of the proposed infrastructure to be removed from the subject land.
Council reserves the right to accept any offer in whole or part. The highest or any tender shall not necessarily be accepted.
