Or delivered to Council’s Tender Box located in the Executive Area (upper floor) Dalby Customer Service Centre, 107 Drayton Street, Dalby.
All submissions must be clearly marked “Supply and Delivery of Major Plant” with the reference numbers and relevant description of plant”, separate offers for existing plant items will be considered. Tenders must be received by the closing time of 2.30pm on Monday 29 August 2011.
Council may invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the provision of Section 177 (7) of the Local Government (Finance, Plans and Reporting) Regulations 2010. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions.
