REQUEST FOR TENDERS
Western Downs Regional Council invites tenders for the following project:
Reference Number 1.2/1/11-12 "Extension of the Tara Community Care (HACC) located at 32 Bilton Street Tara Q 4421”
All requests for information or advice regarding documents to be directed to Mr Wayne Osburn on (07) 4679 4440 or mobile 0409 487 617.
Submissions may be posted to:-

PO Box 551
DALBY QLD 4405.
Or delivered to Council’s Tender Box located in the Executive Area (upper floor) Dalby Customer Service Centre, 107 Drayton Street, Dalby.
All submissions must be clearly marked “Reference Number 1.2/1/11-12 Extension of the Tara Community Care (HACC)”. Tenders must be received by the closing time of 2.30pm on Friday 16 September 2011. Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.
Council may invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the provision of Section 177 (7) of the Local Government (Finance, Plans and Reporting) Regulations 2010. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions.
