or placed in the tender box located at the Upper Level of the Dalby Customer Service Centre, 107 Drayton Street, Dalby.
All submissions must be clearly marked “Reference 4.3/3/11-12 Recycling, Grounds Maintenance and Supervision of Various Waste Facilities”. Submissions must be received by the closing time of 2.30pm on Tuesday, 18 October 2011. Quotations received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.
Council may invite tenderers to change their quotation in accordance with the provision of Section 177 (7) of the Local Government (Finance, Plans and Reporting) Regulations 2010. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions.
