Western Downs Regional Council seeks offers by tender from builders registered for demolition works to demolish infrastructure from land described as Lot 506 on C441, Foster Street, Condamine, being the Condamine Hall.

All submissions must be clearly marked “Demolition of Condamine Hall Infrastructure" - Reference 2.7/3/11-12, and received by 2.30pm on Thursday 1 December 2011.
Please Note: Prospective Tenderers are to undertake their own inspection of the proposed infrastructure to be demolished from the subject land as options are to be considered for the retention of certain items of interest.
Council may invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the provision of Section 177 (7) of the Local Government (Finance, Plans and Reporting) Regulations 2010. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or any submissions.
