Western Downs Regional Council invites tenders for the following project:
Reference 5.6/1/11-12 "Design and Construct Wandoan Waste Water Treatment Plant Upgrade"
Tender Documents are available on Council’s Website at www.wdrc.qld.gov.au, via Tenders Net Link.
All technical enquiries are to be directed to Mr Thomas Mannhardt of Parsons Brinckerhoff, phone: (07) 3854 6600. General enquiries to 1300 COUNCIL (1300 268 624).
Submissions may be posted to:-

DALBY QLD 4405
or delivered to Council’s Tender Box located on the ground floor, Dalby Corporate Office, 30 Marble Street, Dalby.
All submissions must be clearly marked “Reference 5.6/1/11-12 Design and Construct Wandoan Waste Water Treatment Plant Upgrade”. Tenders must be received by the closing time of 2.30pm on 30 January 2012. Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.
Council may invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the provision of Section 177 (7) of the Local Government (Finance, Plans and Reporting) Regulations 2010. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions.
