The period for this Register of Preferred Suppliers commences on Council acceptance date and expires on 31 December 2013 with a 12 month option for extension. Documents are available on Council’s Website at www.wdrc.qld.gov.au via Tenders Net Link.

Submissions may be posted to:-

Or delivered to Council’s Tender Box located on the ground floor, Dalby Corporate Office, 30 Marble Street, Dalby.
All submissions must be clearly marked “Reference PS16-12-13 Flood Reconstruction Program-Project Coordinators for Engineering Project Management”. Tenders must be received by the closing time of 2.30pm on 14 February, 2012.
Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid. Council may invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the provision of Section 177 (7) of the Local Government (Finance, Plans and Reporting) Regulations 2010. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions.
