REQUEST FOR TENDER
Western Downs Regional Council invites tenders for the following project:
Reference Number 4.3/24/11-12 Construction of New Intersection between the Proposed Dalby Waste and Recycling Centre and the Warrego Highway
Tender Documents are available on Council’s website at www.wdrc.qld.gov.au via Tenders Net link.
All enquiries are to be directed to Alan Boase on mobile 0400 502 037.
Submissions may be posted to:

Or placed in the Council’s Tender Box located on the ground floor, 30 Marble Street Dalby.
All submissions must be clearly marked “Reference 4.3/24/11-12 Construction of New Intersection between the Proposed Dalby Waste and Recycling Centre and the Warrego Highway”. Submissions must be received by the closing time of 2.30pm on Tuesday, 27 March 2012. Tenders received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.
Council may invite submitters to change their tender in accordance with the provision of Section 177 (7) of the Local Government (Finance, Plans and Reporting) Regulations 2010. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions.
