or placed in the tender box located on the ground floor, 30 Marble Street Dalby.
All submissions must be clearly marked with the aforementioned Reference Numbers and Contract Names. Submissions must be received by the closing time of 2.30pm on Tuesday, 3rd April 2012.Quotations received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.
Council may invite submitters to change their quotation in accordance with the provision of Section 177 (7) of the Local Government (Finance, Plans and Reporting) Regulations 2010. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions.
