REQUEST FOR Quotations Reference No. – 2.7/6/11-12 Sale for Removal and/or Demolition of Old Saleyards Canteen and Agents Office Building - Chinchilla Saleyards Site

Western Downs Regional Council seeks offers by quotation from building removalists, builders registered for demolition works to remove or demolish the old Saleyards Canteen and Agents Office Building from land described as Lot 176 on SP236980 on Slessar Street, Chinchilla, being the previous Chinchilla Saleyards. The purpose of such demolition shall be making way for future development of the Chinchilla Saleyards Site.

All submissions must be clearly marked with relevant description and reference number of the quote, and received by the closing time of 2.30pm on Thursday, 17 May 2012.
Please note: Prospective Tenderers are to undertake their own inspection of the proposed infrastructure to be demolished from the subject land.
Council may invite tenderers to change their quotations in accordance with the provision of Section 177(7) of the Local Government (Finance, Plans and Reporting) Regulations 2010. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest/highest or all submissions.
