All submission must be clearly marked with relevant description and reference number of the tender, and received by the closing time of 2.30pm on Thursday, 17 May 2012.
Council may invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the provision of Section 177(7) of the Local Government (Finance, Plans and Reporting) Regulations 2010. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions.
