Or delivered to Council's Tender Box located on the ground floor Dalby Corporate Office, 30 Marble Street, Dalby.
All submissions must be clearly marked 'Reference Number 1.2/ 4/11-12 Redevelopment of Wandoan Swimming Pool'. Tenders must be received by the closing time of 2.30pm on Friday 15 June 2012. Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.
Council may invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the provision of Section 177 (7) of the Local Government (Finance, Plans and Reporting) Regulations 2010. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions.
