All submissions must be clearly marked "Reference1.2/1/12-13 Miles and District War Memorial Swimming Pool Complex Management Services".Tenders must be received by the closing time of 2:00pm on 30 July 2012. Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.
Council may invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the provision of Section 177(7) of the Local Government (Finance, Plans and Reporting) Regulations 2010. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions.
